Help ME find a Video Game for my Soundtrack! (or just listen to my new album because its out today!)

a saveroomminibar.tumblr.com quest.

We interrupt our excellent video game art centric scheduled programming to ask you to kindly take a listen to my new album "The Super Elder Metal Hexagon Awesomenaut of Time"

Here’s the thing, I’ve recently composed an album of 18 songs. The album in question has somehow been created ahead of the game it mean to soundtrack. Meaning the videogame to feature has not even been invented yet!

Help my album find a home, behind a couple of characters and a couple of pixels.

You can listen to "The Legend of the Super Elder Metal Hexagon Awesomenaut of Time" by Paws Menu (thats me!) here courtesy of Bandcamp.

You can get the album for free, or donate to the cause, all through the bandcamp. But your ears can have it right now, so take a listen!

Take a look at the album cover! a labelled map of the areas in which the music conjures.

p.s. another album i worked on called “Port Ludlow International Freeway" is also out today, which you can listen to right here.

REBLOG this very post, OR download my album(s), and you could win a copy of L.A Noire for Steam OR A Copy of Amnesia: The Dark Descent AND The Basement Collection from Edmund McMillen (Super Meat Boy Creator) also for steam. THATS RIGHT! Promo combined with GIVEAWAYS! Yay, prizes!

Hello!

I have added two new tracks to my personal Silent Hill Tribute album, called “There was a HOLE here, it’s gone now…" which, I suppose, officially makes it complete. There were 21 songs composed in the time period, and only 14 made the cut. The others may be added at later dates, but for now, there’s a nice little set of audio-interpretations of the series amazing soundscapes. (theres also a bonus album I’ve uploaded, called ‘The Whiskey Sessions’ which was recorded in London, when three homes ended up with a house for a week.)

So go ahead! Have a listen! Download it! If you’ve already done so, download it again! You’ll get more songs. Oh, and it’s free. (Or pay what you want.)

Y’know… If each one of you reading this just paid $1 for my album, I’d be able to replace my computer. And buy a few more computers, really.

"There was a HOLE here, it’s gone now" is the solo (kinda a duo) precursor to Music from the Lost Days/Art from the Lost Days which is the community Silent Hill Tribute Project I’ve been curating for the past few weeks. ‘The Lost Days’ set will be available for you all on October 13. You can listen to a sampler from the beauty, right here.

Enjoy!

'Music from the lost days" the Silent Hill Community Tribute Project Album Teaser!

silenthillcommunitytribute:

So, I couldn’t keep loving the music on my own! So as an exclusive for you contributors, and anyone reading this, a 10-Track set on soundcloud has been made public for you all to have a very early and brief (kinda) listen to some of the tracks attached to the project.

There were 10 tracks selected at random, not based on anything but the luck of the draw! And I must say, its a nice overview of what’s in store! Remember, 10 is not even HALF of whats coming. So there’s still so much more for your ears to feast on.

So enjoy your sneak peek!
